MLTSS Assn and SNP Alliance Send Joint Letter to Congress on Integrated Care Bill

The MLTSS Association and the SNP Alliance sent a letter to Congress on bipartisan integrated care legislation that proposes to advance integrated care options for dually eligible beneficiaries under a new Title XXII. We applaud Congress for incorporating many policies the MLTSS Association and the SNP Alliance have advocated for into the bill, including the retention of a national Medicare benefit structure administered by the federal government and the recognition of D-SNPs as a model for integration. However, we also expressed concerns about the current version of the legislation and are unable to endorse it at this time.
