Ms. Kaschak is CEO of the National MLTSS Health Plan Association (MLTSS Association) and its affiliated organization, Long-Term Quality Alliance (LTQA), in Washington, DC. She joined the MLTSS Association and LTQA in 2018 with more than ten years of experience in aging and health policy, most recently as Deputy Director of the Aging and Disability Business Institute at the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a).
