The CY 2025 Medicare Advantage and Part D final rule, published in April 2024, introduced several important changes to enrollment policies affecting dually eligible individuals and dual eligible special needs plans (D-SNPs) over the next 5–6 years. In response to questions and concerns from our member plans, the MLTSS Association developed a document that includes frequently asked questions and valuable insights from the Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office.
