Comments to the Nebraska Legislature

On January 29th, the MLTSS Association submitted comments to the Nebraska Legislature in response to LB832: A bill to extend the prohibition of the addition of long-term care services and supports to the Medicaid managed care program.

In our comments, we emphasize the value of managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) and how managed care can support states to deliver critical services in a way that ensures high-quality care, improves coordination, and uses resources more effectively to help individuals remain in their homes and communities.
