On April 18, 2022, the MLTSS Association responded to the CMS Request for Information on Access to Care and Coverage for People Enrolled in Medicaid and CHIP. Improving access in Medicaid and further access to LTSS and home and community based services (HCBS) is a top priority for the MLTSS Association – and we support CMS’ efforts to develop a comprehensive access strategy in its Medicaid and CHIP programs.
