CMS released an RFI to inform their efforts to strengthen Medicare Advantage in alignment with agency’s goals and vision for the future. The questions addressed several themes: advancing health equity, expanding access to coverage and care, promoting person-centered care, affordability and sustainability of supports, and engagement with partners. Our response highlights the Association’s policy proposals to advance integrated care and recommendations to provide D-SNPs the flexibility and financial support necessary to provide whole person care to high-acuity patient populations.
