MLTSS Association Resources on Medicaid Access, Managed Care, and Eligibility Final Rules

CMS recently finalized three rules the MLTSS Association provided comments on: Ensuring Access to Medicaid Services (fact sheet); Medicaid Managed Care Access, Finance, and Quality (fact sheet); and Streamlining the Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program, and Basic Health Program Application, Eligibility Determination, Enrollment, and Renewal Processes (fact sheet). Collectively, these three rules will implement numerous changes to the operation and service delivery of Medicaid-funded programs, particularly long-term services and supports. MLTSS Association members can read summaries of each rules’ provisions in scorecards highlighting CMS’s responses to our recommendations through the member resource portal.
