The National MLTSS Health Plan Association is pleased to announce the organizations selected to present at the Pennsylvania Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) Innovation Showcase, to be held on Wednesday, August 12th in Harrisburg, PA.

This forum will offer a unique opportunity for providers to pitch their most innovative ideas for Value-Based Purchasing models that will support older adults, individuals with disabilities, and individuals who are dually-eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. The Showcase is hosted by the MLTSS Association in collaboration with Pennsylvania's Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) and the Community HealthChoices (CHC) Managed Care Organization (MCO) Coalition, an affiliated chapter of the MLTSS Association representing the three CHC-MCOs – AmeriHealth Caritas, Pennsylvania Health & Wellness, and UPMC.

This was a highly competitive process, with over 90 applications received and reviewed by representatives from the MLTSS Association, OLTL, and the CHC-MCOs. Following this review, the following organizations have been selected by the MLTSS Association to present their proposals in person at the Showcase:

  • Addus HomeCare, Inc. (DBA County Homemakers, DBA Arcadia HomeCare and Staffing)

  • Allaire Health Services and Olde Main in partnership with Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services (DBHIDS)

  • Alleghenies Unlimited Care Providers Inc.

  • Amazing Souls Home Care LLC (ASHC)

  • BAYADA Home Health Care

  • H2H #1 Care, LLC

  • Helix Home Health, LLC

  • Mom's Meals

  • Pennsylvania Homecare Association, in collaboration with Nevvon

  • SRTA (dba rabbittransit)

  • Success Rehabilitation

  • Woods System of Care

Each organization will pitch their VBP idea and answer questions from a panel that includes leaders from the CHC-MCOs, national subject matter experts, and OLTL representatives.

We congratulate all of the selected organizations, and thank all providers that submitted a proposal for their creativity and effort throughout this process!
