Summary Now Available for the CMS Medicaid Managed Care Final Rule

In May, CMS finalized significant reforms to Medicaid managed care. Reforms included greater standardization on certain provider wait time standards, on quality reporting approaches by states, on program integrity and state directed payments, along with a range of other changes. The National MLTSSS Association has a summary of the rule and will continue to engage with CMS stakeholders on its implementation.
