In February, CMS released a Request for Information (RFI) soliciting feedback on how to improve access to care in Medicaid and CHIP, to inform its comprehensive access strategy and future policy approaches. The MLTSS Association has developed a summary of RFI responses from other stakeholders related to HCBS, dually eligible beneficiaries, LTSS, and behavioral health.
