The Special Needs Plan Alliance (SNP Alliance) and the National MLTSS Health Plan Association (MLTSS Association) jointly funded a data resource on the number of Medicare beneficiaries and persons who are Dually Eligible for Medicare and Medicaid (Duals) by state and Congressional District. By Congressional District, users may view the total number of Medicare beneficiaries, and the total number of Duals, including a breakdown of the total number of Full and Partial Duals. The methodology for the data analysis is located on the first page of the workbook, which is available below.
Users may toggle to search by state, Congressional Representative, Party Affiliation, Congressional District, and, regarding data, rank order in tandem with other search parameters.
The National MLTSS Health Plan Association and the SNP Alliance jointly funded this resource to provide concrete data for solutions-oriented, forward-thinking Dual Eligible and Integration policies that may be contemplated by Congress and other policymakers. For more information on the data and next steps, please contact Sam Amaya at samaya@snpalliance.org or eschutz@mltss.org.
