We're Hiring: Corporate Relations and Events Director

The National MLTSS Health Plan Association (MLTSS Association) is seeking a full-time Corporate Relations and Events Director to lead our corporate relations, sponsorship development, and Partnership Program, and to plan and execute our full slate of events — the Annual MLTSS Leadership Summit, smaller member-only events, and webinars held throughout the year.

This is a new-revenue-focused role: the Corporate Relations and Events Director will cultivate corporate partnerships, secure sponsorships, and manage the relationships that fund and grow our work, while also owning the planning, logistics, and execution of the Association's events calendar. Because this person will be building relationships with companies that serve health plans across the MLTSS and dual-eligible ecosystem, familiarity with the space — not deep policy expertise, but a working knowledge of how health plans, providers, and vendors fit together — is important to success in the role.

The position is fully remote, reports to the CEO, and may involve occasional travel.

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in corporate relations, sponsorship sales, partnership management, or business development, along with experience managing events of varying scale, ideally within an association, nonprofit, or healthcare setting.
