Comments on Medicaid and CHIP Eligibility and Enrollment Proposed Rule

CMS released a proposed rule simplifying applications, verifications, enrollment, and renewals for health care coverage through Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Our response expressed broad support for the rule, while also recommending extended implementation timelines due competing state priorities in conducting redeterminations once the COVID-19 PHE ends.
