NCQA proposed updates to Case Management-LTSS Accreditation and LTSS Distinction in Health Plan Accreditation related the plans’ activities to address health disparities, serving diverse populations, and changes to how plans communicate and coordinate with beneficiaries on person-centered planning and service authorizations.
