On July 19, 2021, the MLTSS Association sent a letter to Senators Schumer, Sanders, and Warner, urging them to commit to investing the full $400 billion towards home and community-based services (HCBS) infrastructure. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the critical need for this investment to provide the best care for LTSS beneficiaries and support for the direct care workforce.
